Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Fikayo Rice! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kenji Yamazaki! The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Aafke Stam and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yamazaki swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rice tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Yamazaki counters with a crisp right hand that drops Rice! Yamazaki lets Rice back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Rice is rocked! Rice pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Oh Rice is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Rice throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Rice seems to have got his legs back now. Rice walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Yamazaki swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!
