PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Thomas Babcock (ranked 700 p4p, 826 weight class) and Jimmy Logan (ranked 92 p4p, 111 weight class). Babcock comes into the arena with 70 blaring out of the sound system. Logan is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Wizard. Jimmy Logan has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jesse Thomas Babcock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jimmy Logan!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Atkins and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Logan misses with a straight left.
Logan fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Babcock has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Babcock ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Babcock goes for a double leg but Logan avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Logan continues to drive forward.

Babcock moves forwards but Logan connects with a nice, crisp jab.
