Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Hansen (ranked 1154 p4p, 2349 weight class) and Brad Pfanne (ranked 146 p4p, 265 weight class). Hansen comes into the arena with Black Sabbath - Iron Man blaring out of the sound system. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 9 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brad Pfanne!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hansen connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Hansen connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Pfanne some visible discomfort.

Hansen stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pfanne swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Hansen won't allow Pfanne to sweep him here.
Pfanne bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hansen's guard.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Pfanne working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Hansen misses with a double jab.
Pfanne drops his hands momentarily and Hansen takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Pfanne closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pfanne cracks Hansen with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Pfanne immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Hansen is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Pfanne!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brad Pfanne!
