Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Arai Shuji (ranked 4190 p4p, 4174 weight class) and Bailey Downs (ranked 323 p4p, 322 weight class). Arai Shuji has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Arai Shuji!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Bailey Downs!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Downs tries to clinch there but Shuji circles away.
Downs moves out of range of the strikes.
Shuji throws the left hand but Downs avoids the punch easily.
Shuji misses with a low kick.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Shuji manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Downs on his heels. He'll look to pass Downs's guard now, I'm sure.

I would just about give that final round to Bailey Downs.
