Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kameron Garrett (ranked 4138 p4p, 4440 weight class) and Landen Novak (ranked 474 p4p, 486 weight class). Landen Novak is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Kameron Garrett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Landen Novak!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garrett circles away from the clinch attempt.
Novak closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Novak lands in his opponent's guard.
Garrett can't keep his opponent in guard - Novak advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Novak wants to free his trapped foot but Garrett is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Novak is taking a breather. Garrett says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Novak works his foot free and advances to mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Novak content just to control the position here.
Novak looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Garrett is looking to get to half guard.
Novak controlling the pace for now.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Novak is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Garrett is surviving well by controlling Novak's body position as best he can.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Novak sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Garrett tries to improve his position but Novak has taken his back! Novak has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Garrett tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Novak pushes Garrett away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
