Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dick Glover (ranked 1497 p4p, 3088 weight class) and Bruce Banner (ranked 95 p4p, 86 weight class). Bruce Banner will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dick Glover!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bruce Banner!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banner cracks Glover with a good jab.
Glover walks into a straight right hand from Banner.
Banner throws a right hand that misses
and Glover counters with a takedown into side control.
Banner is trying to get back to his feet.
Glover scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Banner to see if he's OK.
Glover prevents Banner from escaping the position.

You can see the frustration on Banner's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Banner is pushing Glover's head away, looking to escape. Glover manages to hold on to the position though.

Glover swings around for an armbar but Banner sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Glover's guard.

Banner thuds his right hand into Glover's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

and Glover counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Banner is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Glover is controlling him.

That was a close round but I would say that Dick Glover will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Glover wants to control from the top but Banner keeps moving.

Glover stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Banner swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Banner throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Glover on the side of the head.
Banner moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Glover bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Banner! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Banner wants to improve his position but instead Glover has moved into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

It looked like Glover was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Banner.

Glover shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Bruce Banner comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
