This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 13 wins and 7 losses; Kron Gracie! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Gracie tries to sprawl but Crazy Horse drives through with a takedown into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Crazy Horse (2) vs (0) Gracie Gracie looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Gracie felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. We've been hearing that Crazy Horse has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Crazy Horse wants to pass the guard but Gracie is defending well.
