Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hamza Kosen (ranked 1999 p4p, 2100 weight class) and Sato Ngata (ranked 114 p4p, 118 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hamza Kosen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sato Ngata!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kosen closes the distance and clinches.
Ngata is fighting off a takedown attempt but Kosen is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Ngata to the mat. Ngata regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Kosen stands up over Ngata, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Kosen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kosen working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Ngata looks winded!
Ngata has hold of Kosen's hands but Kosen slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kosen lands a big elbow - Ngata is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Kosen!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hamza Kosen!
