The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Lara tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Williams got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lara has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Williams has managed to get both his arms back between Lara's legs - danger averted.
