Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Abel Harper!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Alan Glass and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - DeeStroy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
DeeStroy looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Harper!
DeeStroy stands up.
Gorath DeeStroy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Harper gets caught napping as DeeStroy dives in and scores a takedown. Harper manages to retain guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
DeeStroy is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Harper looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
DeeStroy stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
DeeStroy drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
DeeStroy is posturing up here but Harper has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! DeeStroy tries to roll out but it's too tight and DeeStroy has to tap! Slick submission there by Harper!
