The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.


Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious?

Ettish closes the distance and clinches.

Ettish drags the fight down to the ground.

Ettish is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Hobbs is aware though and is defending well.
Ettish keeping moving, preventing Hobbs from controlling successfully.
Ettish looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Hobbs advances position into side control!

Ettish sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Ettish gets full guard.

Ettish working for a triangle but Hobbs defends it easily.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Hobbs drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Hobbs jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Ettish has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hobbs can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ettish looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Hobbs sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Hobbs's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Ettish pushes a forearm under Hobbs's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Hobbs is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
