With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ji Hwan Bae!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bae shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Minnagh sprawls well. Minnagh wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bae gets slowly back to his feet.
Minnagh thows a left - swing and a miss!
Bae thinks about the counter body kick.
Minnagh throws a left and a right that both miss
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Bae gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Minnagh.
Minnagh dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Minnagh fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Bae manages to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bae tries a quick counter leg kick but Minnagh is wise to it.

Bae avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bae lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

Bae tries to move into range but Minnagh moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Minnagh throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bae sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Minnagh looks to score with a jab to the body but Bae is just out of range.
Bae was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
A shot to the body from Minnagh misses
and Bae makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Bae uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Minnagh.
Minnagh throws a hook but Bae blocks it.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Minnagh ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bae moves away.
