Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Peter Polivado (ranked 4228 p4p, 25285 weight class) and Sammy Shilts (ranked 472 p4p, 557 weight class). Sammy Shilts is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sammy Shilts!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polivado shoots and misses
and Shilts counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Polivado has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Shilts avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Shilts throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Polivado was covering up waiting for the punch and Shilts finishes the takedown easily into guard.
