Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Asean Cotter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cotter might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to We Taking Over. Lesnar has chosen Here comes the Pain as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Asean Cotter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brock Lesnar! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cotter shoots in but no luck this time. Cotter fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Cotter dodges the punch combination from Lesnar.
Cotter gets the takedown into side control. Cotter creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Lesnar sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Cotter postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Lesnar is trying to control Cotter's posture but Cotter avoids it. Lesnar tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cotter wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Lesnar is working to avoid the ground and pound but Cotter connects with a decent elbow. Lesnar is looking for a sweep. Cotter wants to stand but Lesnar is controlling his arm. Cotter is breathing heavily. Lesnar is trying to get back to half guard. Lesnar manages to get back to half guard. Cotter has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Lesnar kicks Cotter off and gets back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lesnar closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lesnar lands in his opponent's guard. Cotter doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Lesnar trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Cotter is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Lesnar working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Lesnar cracks Cotter with a solid left hand. Cotter keeping moving, preventing Lesnar from controlling successfully. Lesnar pushes down on Cotter's leg and manages to get into half guard. Lesnar is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Cotter misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lesnar is keen to just control but Cotter is a slippery customer. Cotter flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Lesnar wants to work for an arm triangle but Cotter is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Lesnar lands a nice short elbow.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Cotter scores with a takedown into Lesnar's guard. Cotter with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Cotter with a nice head shot there. Lesnar controlling the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cotter tries to stand but Lesnar is controlling from the bottom. Cotter is in close to Lesnar's body, working some short punches and elbows. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cotter avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Lesnar has a closed guard, preventing Cotter from standing up. Lesnar utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Cotter with a flurry of punches that miss. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cotter accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Cotter thows a big elbow that misses. Cotter wanted to stand there but Lesnar had control of the position. Cotter throws a strike but Lesnar rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Lesnar content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Excellent takedown into side control there by Lesnar. Cotter tries to escape but Lesnar is in control. Lesnar is trying to get an arm triangle but Cotter is defending well. Cotter is trying to buck Lesnar off. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brock Lesnar dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Lesnar drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cotter on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cotter tries to get out of the position. Cotter is trying to buck Lesnar off. Lesnar wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Cotter, who protects the arm well. Lesnar working the head and body with strikes. Cotter is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Cotter misses with a strike from the bottom. Lesnar working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lesnar trying to control the action but Cotter is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lesnar avoids the strikes from the bottom by Cotter. Lesnar is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Cotter is trying to escape and Lesnar transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Cotter is forced to tap! Nice work there by Lesnar! Very nice indeed!
