The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Richardson defends well and King ends up having to push Richardson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Paul Richardson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
King is looking to land body kicks.

Richardson throws a series of strikes that have King backpedaling.
Richardson stuffs the takedown attempt from King. King gets slowly back to his feet.

King clinches up with Richardson and pushes him back against the cage.
King wants a takedown but no success here.

Richardson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for King on the ground.
King is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Richardson is controlling him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

King wants to stand but Richardson is controlling the position.

King has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Richardson should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, King has tightened it up now! Richardson should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
