Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pipe Dream (ranked 24819 p4p, 3806 weight class) and Harry Whitehead (ranked 511 p4p, 402 weight class). Pipe Dream has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pipe Dream! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Harry Whitehead! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Shimada and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Whitehead lands with a cross. Whitehead scores with a nice right hand.
Harry Whitehead seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Dream on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Dream fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Dream on the wrong end of a nice jab. Whitehead bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dream's head backwards. Whitehead lands with a shot to the body. Dream really is a fat lump. Whitehead scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Whitehead scores with a punch to the head. Dream drops his hands momentarily and Whitehead takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Whitehead takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Whitehead lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Whitehead lands a really nice looking cross but Dream seems unphased.
Jab, jab by Whitehead - just one landing. Dream takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

That's one minute gone in the round. Whitehead uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Dream has time to react. Dream has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Whitehead finds it's way round the side to connect with Dream's head. Dream throws a looping overhand right but Whitehead ducks down to avoid it. Whitehead throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dream stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Whitehead lands with a hook. Dream tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Whitehead lands with a cross. Whitehead lands a right hook to the body.
Whitehead is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Dream had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush. Dream takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Whitehead leaves Dream with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Dream is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Dream looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Whitehead cracks Dream with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Dream is looking to clinch but Whitehead is avoiding it.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Dream moves forwards but Whitehead connects with a nice, crisp jab. Dream shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Whitehead is trying to defend but Dream finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Whitehead has his hands clasped together around Dream's back. He's all about the action. Dream looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Whitehead holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Dream is nestled in close to Whitehead, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Dream is trying to control. Whitehead wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Dream thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Whitehead's head. Dream sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Whitehead defending well though. Dream throwing shots but Whitehead is blocking nicely. Dream trying to mount his opponent but Whitehead defends it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dream thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Dream not landing any meaningful shots this time. Whitehead won't allow Dream to pass to mount. Dream frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Dream is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Whitehead can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Whitehead is looking to get to half guard. Dream is working for a guillotine from mount but Whitehead frees his head quite easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Dream lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Whitehead wants to hold on but Dream pushes him away. Dream is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Whitehead can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dream lands with some strikes. Dream with a couple of short strikes. Dream landing punches.
Whitehead is rocked! Dream cracks Whitehead with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Whitehead is still in real trouble! Can Dream finish him? Dream has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Dream unloads with some vicious shots from mount and Whitehead wants out - he looks towards the referee who steps in to save him! Dream celebrates on the cage and the crowd goes wild!
