Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Liam Plecak (ranked 2805 p4p, 2828 weight class) and Ruslam Raskmanuv (ranked 322 p4p, 324 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plecak has taken the fight to the clinch.
Plecak has Raskmanuv pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Raskmanuv manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Plecak has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Raskmanuv uses from the top position.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Raskmanuv working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Raskmanuv really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Plecak. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Let's hope that Raskmanuv has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
