Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Jackie Chung (ranked 5191 p4p, 1506 weight class) and Kova Luu (ranked 193 p4p, 32 weight class). Jackie Chung could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kova Luu's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jackie Chung!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Kova Luu!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chung throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Luu looks to throw the jab but Chung is out of range.
Luu misses with a head kick.
Chung avoids the head kick by Luu.
Luu thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Chung if he has to take too many more of those.
Chung moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Chung stuns Luu with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Luu looks for the body kick but Chung saw that one coming.
Luu swings for the body but Chung moves out of range.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A cross from Chung lands.
Luu throws a push kick but Chung slaps the foot to one side.
Luu's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Chung connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Luu scrambles back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chung misses with a wild body shot.
Luu slips under a jab from Chung.

Luu connects with a solid leg kick.
Luu thumps Chung with a low kick.
Chung's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Chung duly obliges.
Luu has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Chung.
Good work by Luu as he checks the leg kick.
Chung seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Luu moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Luu walks into a big right hand from Chung and goes down! The referee sends Chung to a neutral corner as Luu gets back to his feet. He looks OK so we're back under way.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Chung blocks a head kick by Luu.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Luu lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Chung has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Chung and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Luu moves into the clinch successfully.
Chung escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Luu throws the kick towards the body but Chung avoids it.

Luu avoids the elbow strike from Chung, against the cage.
Chung blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Luu misses with a knee to the head.
A right hook to the body lands for Chung.
Chung lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Luu avoids a wild elbow strike from Chung.
Luu blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Luu tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Luu dodges an elbow strike from Chung.
Luu tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Luu misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Chung.

Luu is rocked!
Chung creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Luu crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5,6... it doesn't look like he's going to make it! Luu face plants back to the mat and the referee calls off the fight! Chung takes it with a brutal technical knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Jackie Chung!
Our winner, Jackie Chung, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
