Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Spas Ganikov (ranked 3378 p4p, 2759 weight class) and Arthur Odom Hunt (ranked 384 p4p, 319 weight class). Odom Hunt has chosen Yesterday By Beatles Or: Imagine By Yoko Ono As Sung By John Lennon - Vs Se as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Spas Ganikov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Arthur Odom Hunt!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ganikov drives through with a takedown into guard.
Ganikov wants to pass the guard but Odom Hunt is keeping the position.
Ganikov postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Ganikov not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Odom Hunt has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Ganikov looking to pass the guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ganikov looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

Odom Hunt looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Ganikov slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Ganikov takes a kick to the side of the head.
Odom Hunt swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ganikov clinches up with Odom Hunt and pushes him back against the cage.
Odom Hunt lands a hook that snaps the head of Ganikov backwards.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ganikov slows down the pace here.
Odom Hunt lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Odom Hunt tries a body shot but Ganikov blocks it.
Ganikov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Ganikov with a poor takedown
and Odom Hunt counters with a stiff right hand.
Ganikov looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Ganikov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Odom Hunt makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Odom Hunt scores with a punch to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A jab from Odom Hunt does it's job there.
Ganikov throws a lazy uppercut
and Odom Hunt counters with a crisp right that sends Ganikov to the canvas! Odom Hunt follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
