Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Melvin Peterson (ranked 5026 p4p, 3423 weight class) and Michael Page (ranked 461 p4p, 365 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Michael Page was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Page lands a big uppercut and Peterson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Peterson looks OK. Page waves Peterson back to his feet!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Peterson throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Page rattles Peterson with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Peterson tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Page dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Peterson stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Michael Page!
Michael Page bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
