Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jahsem Onfoy (ranked 3031 p4p, 2862 weight class) and Vance Patrick (ranked 347 p4p, 330 weight class). Onfoy comes to the cage accompanied by “Tummy Tuck”. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Onfoy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Patrick's waist but Patrick gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Onfoy off to one side.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Patrick enables Onfoy to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Patrick manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Jahsem Onfoy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Patrick is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
