Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Trent Jones (ranked 3692 p4p, 4306 weight class) and Brayden Tate (ranked 391 p4p, 423 weight class). Tate is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Sicko mode. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Trent Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brayden Tate!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a head kick that Tate semi-blocks.
It looks like Brayden Tate has been cut.
Tate has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Tate looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Tate is looking to clinch but Jones is avoiding it.
Jones drives through and clinches with Tate against the cage.
Jones misses with a knee strike.
Tate tries to pull guard but Jones holds him up against the cage and eventually Tate drops back down to his feet.
Jones manages to break the clinch.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Jones.
Jones rushes Tate and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tate is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Jones breaks from the clinch.
Jones throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tate keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jones throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Jones has taken the fight to the clinch.
Jones escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jones clinches up against the cage.
Jones pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Jones scores with a kick to the body.
Jones with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Tate gets tackled into the cage by Jones. Jones maintains the clinch.
Jones manages to break the clinch.
Jones lands with a nice combination. Tate backs away looking to recover.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jones drops Tate with a right and a left! Jones comes rushing in but Tate regains his composure and manages to keep Jones in guard.
Tate is rocked!
Jones with a nice head shot there.
Tate is still in real trouble! Can Jones finish him?
Tate utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Jones scoring with some ground and pound.
Jones forces his way into half guard.
Tate wants to control but Jones is keeping busy.
Jones seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Tate does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Tate is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Jones scores with a couple of nice shots.
Tate taking some punishment here, with Jones in his half guard.
Jones lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Tate! More strikes land and this one is all over! Jones jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Trent Jones!
