Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Douglas Sampson (ranked 30 p4p, 100 weight class) and Last Nightmare (ranked 3 p4p, 17 weight class). Sampson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Sunshine (ft. Anthony Hamilton) - Twista . Douglas Sampson could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Last Nightmare's chin.

A little jabbing left from Nightmare on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Sampson swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Nightmare moves out of range as Sampson strikes.
A nice side step and Nightmare releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Nightmare is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Sampson rather than just go for the knockout.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Sampson might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Nightmare shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Sampson eats them both and turns towards Nightmare to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Nightmare is absolutely dripping with sweat - he looks exhausted.
Sampson fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Nightmare looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Sampson lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Nightmare falls backwards - clearly groggy! Sampson dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
