Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gar Diu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardo Almeida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diu kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Song of Manliness. The key to victory for Gar Diu has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shirou Masuda and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diu displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Almeida.
Almeida shoots in for a takedown but Diu shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Diu tries to close the distance and clinch but Almeida swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Diu takes the fight into the clinch.
Almeida can't get the takedown.
Gar Diu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ricardo Almeida.
