Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Storm Father!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rafael Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Chris Dean and Donatello Bradman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Father clinches up with Gracie and pushes him back against the cage.
Gracie looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Father lands with a light punch inside.
Gracie jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Father walks away with a smile on his face. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Gracie wants to clinch.
Gracie closes the distance looking to clinch
and Father counters with a crisp one two that drops Gracie! Father thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Gracie to his feet! Gracie is in big trouble!
Gracie is rocked!
A big right followed by a crushing left from Father knocks Gracie out cold! Ouch - that one's going to be featured in highlight reels for years to come!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Storm Father!
Storm Father decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
