Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ching Chong (ranked 3071 p4p, 3870 weight class) and Storm Father (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ching Chong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Storm Father!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Franklyn Lucas and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chong moves out of range as Father strikes.
Chong will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Father tries to counter by closing the distance.
Chong clinches with his opponent.
A nice right hand lands inside from Father.
Father scores with a shoulder strike.
Father lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Chong is breathing heavily.

Father pushes Chong back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Father misses with a punch on the inside.
Chong goes for a takedown in the clinch but Father prevents it.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Father.
Father misses with a knee to the head.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Chong.
Father lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Chong backwards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Father lands with a right to the head.

A short right hand to the side of the head by Father.
Chong drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Father gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ching Chong. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Father has clasped his hands together around Chong's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Father stands up.
Father closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Father swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Father is fighting off a takedown attempt but Chong is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Father to the mat. Father regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Father wants to stand up but Chong is controlling him.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Father is looking to stand up but Chong isn't so interested in that idea.

Chong definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Father stands up from guard. Let's bang!

and Father counters with a crisp one two that drops Chong! Father thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Chong to his feet! Chong is in big trouble!
Chong is rocked!
Father moves into the clinch successfully.
Father lands with a left to the head.
Chong has clasped his hands together around Father's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Father tries to escape but Chong is in control.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Chong thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Chong tries to move into full mount but can't pass Father's legs.
Father wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Chong tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
Father is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Chong has just dragged him back down to the mat.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Oooooh!!! Father has knocked Chong down with a huge combo! Father steps away and waves a wobbly Chong back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Oh Chong is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Father has managed to clinch.
Father gets underhooks to prevent Chong's takedown attempt.
Chong wants a takedown but no success here.
Father misses with a knee strike.
Nice body punch from Father - that landed with a thud.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Father.

Father fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Father scores with a hook to the body.
A nice left hand lands by Father.
Father gets through Chong's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Father lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Father throws a punch but it's blocked by Chong.
Father misses with the head strike.
Father tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Storm Father dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Chong shoots and misses
and Father counters with a stiff right hand.
Father looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Father walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Chong drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Father swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Chong's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Storm Father!
An out of breath Storm Father thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
