Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Eli Richards (ranked 2466 p4p, 1984 weight class) and Edgar Allen (ranked 203 p4p, 168 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Allen's choice of entrance music: Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richards closes the distance and pushes Allen back into the cage.
Richards misses with a punch on the inside.
Richards prevents Allen from breaking the clinch.
Allen blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Allen wants to break free but Richards has control.
Richards looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Allen avoiding damage as Richards throws knees to the body.

Allen circles away from the clinch attempt
and Allen counters with a stiff right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Richards darts in trying to clinch
and Allen counters with a crisp right that sends Richards to the canvas! Allen follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
