Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gustaw Lachowski (ranked 2073 p4p, 2362 weight class) and Casper Conger (ranked 232 p4p, 260 weight class). Lachowski comes to the cage accompanied by Wspólny lot. Conger has chosen Lose Yourself as his entrance music. Gustaw Lachowski has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Gustaw Lachowski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Casper Conger! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Conger scores with a nice strike. Lachowski misses with a takedown and Conger counters with a lovely straight right hand! Lachowski looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Conger is fending him off so far but Lachowski persists. Nope, Conger circles away and we're back to standing. Conger now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Lachowski shoots in for a takedown but Conger shows good takedown defense. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gustaw Lachowski. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lachowski misses with a takedown attempt and Conger counters with a right hand to the body. Lachowski takes a shot right to the bread basket. Conger lands with a good body shot. Conger throws a right and a left that both miss. Lachowski with a lazy takedown attempt and Conger counters with a right hand to the body. Lachowski is breathing heavily. Conger scores with a three punch combo!
This has been an exciting period of action! Lachowski looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Lachowski is looking to take a break and control but Conger is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lachowski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Conger on the ground. Lachowski throws a strike but Conger avoids it easily and moves to full guard. Conger looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Lachowski stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Conger swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Conger working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Lachowski doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Lachowski manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Lachowski stays in close to Conger's body and controls the position. Lachowski trying to control but Conger is working from the bottom. Lachowski in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Lachowski has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Lachowski fails with the takedown and Conger counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Lachowski on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Gustaw Lachowski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lachowski doesn't succeed with the takedown and Conger counters with a nice uppercut. Lachowski tries for a takedown but Conger circles away easily and Conger counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Lachowski gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Conger counters with a straight right hand. Conger wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Lachowski misses with a takedown and Conger counters with a nice uppercut. Conger dips down and scores with a jab to the body. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Conger lands with a shot to the body. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Casper Conger dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Conger cracks a nice hook into Lachowski's ribs. Conger drops Lachowski with a left and a right! Oh, Lachowski is hurt - Conger dives into side control looking to finish!
Lachowski is rocked! Conger controlling from side mount. Oh Lachowski is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Conger trying to control the position but Lachowski is working away. Conger has control of an arm but Lachowski manages to advance to Conger's back! Lachowski seems to have got his legs back now. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lachowski is not going to allow Conger to sit and survive in this position. Conger wriggles onto his back under a barage of strikes. Conger is trying desperately to improve position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lachowski controlling his opponent. Conger has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Lachowski looking to control but Conger is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Lachowski throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Conger because Lachowski loaded up on that one. Lachowski working some short elbows here. He postures up to throw some more ground and pound but Conger slips a leg through to get back to half guard. Nice work.
Conger slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Lachowski wants to control from the top but Conger keeps moving.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Conger had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Lachowski defends it easily. Lachowski wants to pass the guard but Conger is keeping the position. Conger working for submissions but it's allowed Lachowski to get to half guard.

Conger works his way to full guard. Good work. Lachowski throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Conger is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lachowski is pushing down on Conger's leg trying to pass to half guard. Conger is fighting to maintain full guard but Lachowski has managed to sneak the leg through. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Conger is pressing down on Lachowski's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Lachowski drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Lachowski jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Conger is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Lachowski postures up in Conger's guard and throws a big left but Conger blocks it. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Conger looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Lachowski passes into half guard.
Conger is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Lachowski pulls his head out easily. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Casper Conger showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round! Conger misses with a combination
and Lachowski counters with a shoot takedown. Conger fights it but they end up in guard. Lachowski pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Conger is keeping the position for now. Lachowski throws a big right hand that misses. Lachowski throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Conger works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Lachowski throwing strikes but missing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lachowski got a little sloppy there for a moment and Conger has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Lachowski has managed to get both his arms back between Conger's legs - danger averted. Lachowski has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Conger to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Lachowski is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Conger pulls down on the head and he's put Lachowski to sleep! This one is all over!
