Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cedric Duran (ranked 2151 p4p, 3882 weight class) and Brian Roberts (ranked 0 p4p, 444 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cedric Duran! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brian Roberts! The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Patrick Alders and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Roberts closes the distance and clinches. Roberts gets control of Duran's arms and successfully pulls guard. Roberts will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Duran with a flurry of punches that miss. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Roberts can't keep his opponent in guard - Duran advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Duran seems to be looking for submissions.
Duran wants to work for an arm triangle but Roberts is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Roberts has a hand on Duran's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Duran takes advantage of the position though and mounts him! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Roberts is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Roberts really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Duran. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Roberts is trying desperately to improve position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Duran looking to ground and pound but Roberts is blocking nicely. Duran looking to finish with strikes here!
Duran punishing his opponent with strikes. Roberts's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Duran controlling his opponent. Roberts wants to control but Duran is having none of it. Duran controlling from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Duran trying to control but Roberts is having none of it. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Roberts can do anything to dispel that myth. Duran manages to capitalize on a mistake by Roberts to take his back! Duran somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back. Duran working for a choke but Roberts is defending well. Roberts defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Duran has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Duran working for a RNC but it's not happening just yet. Duran looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Roberts won't enjoy being in this position. Duran looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Roberts is tapping - it's over boys! Duran picks up the submission victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Cedric Duran! Cedric Duran gave a mention to Bloodbath MMA Clothing in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
