Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Aingot Nofud (ranked 1471 p4p, 1659 weight class) and Sauv Ignon (ranked 192 p4p, 216 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Aingot Nofud!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sauv Ignon!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A decent looking cross lands there for Nofud.
Ignon walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Nofud doesn't manage to clinch there - Ignon circles away.
Ignon moves away from the strike by Nofud.
Nofud misses with an uppercut.
Ignon connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

and Nofud makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Ignon really felt that one!

Ignon drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Nofud dives on top into guard.

Ignon is staying active underneath Nofud, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

Nofud seems to be going for a rear naked choke. He has an arm under Ignon's chin but Ignon turns very nicely into Nofud's guard. Good BJJ skills being displayed there by Ignon.
Sauv Ignon is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Nofud has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ignon can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
