Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sullivan Lopes!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richman connects with an inside leg kick.
Richman lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
A slow jab from Lopes misses its intended target.
And Richman counters with a quick kick to the body but Lopes blocks it.
Richman misses with a head kick.
Richman scores with a head kick. Lopes tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Richman with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Richman scores with a jab. Lopes acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Lopes lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Lopes blocks a low kick nicely.

Lopes misses with a hook. Richman ducked under it nicely.
Richman lets loose with a powerful body kick. Lopes will feel that in the morning.

Lopes throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Richman is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Lopes.

Richman fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Lopes has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Lopes looks to land a left hand but Richman moved out of range nicely.
Richman uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Lopes.
Lopes takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Richman lands a nice looking body kick.
Richman thumps Lopes with a low kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Richman looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Lopes lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Richman jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Richman misses with an uppercut.
Lopes connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Richman's hands.
Richman get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Richman stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Lopes runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
