Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Moody (ranked 3321 p4p, 23317 weight class) and Yawa Kiang (ranked 295 p4p, 0 weight class). Moody comes to the cage accompanied by New Authentic - The Abyss. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tommy Moody!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 40 - 79 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Yawa Kiang!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Ron Honeybunn and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moody lands a nice looking kick to the body. Kiang takes a step back to recover.
Kiang on the wrong end of a nice jab.
A head kick misses from Moody.
Kiang walks into a stiff left hand from Moody.
Moody throws the left hand but Kiang avoids the punch easily.
Kiang ducks under a wild hook from Moody.
Moody throws a nice inside leg kick.
Moody lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Moody takes a swing at Kiang's ribcage but misses.
A nice side step and Kiang releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Tommy Moody seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Moody lands a slapping body shot.
Moody throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kiang on the side of the head.
Moody tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kiang was well out of range. Poor timing from Moody.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Moody throws a big shot that misses.
And Kiang responds with a good body kick, but Moody manages to step out the way in time.
Kiang takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Kiang shoots in and drives through. Moody sprawls well.

Kiang ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Kiang is trying to counter with his kicks.
Moody lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kiang's sensitive parts.
Moody is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kiang.

Kiang walks into a jab.
Kiang takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Moody gets caught flat footed, as Kiang shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Moody pulls Kiang in to control the position.
Moody looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kiang is one step ahead there.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Moody bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Moody takes a swing at Kiang's ribcage but misses.
Moody bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kiang's head.
Moody misses with the combination.
Moody connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Moody lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Moody with the inside leg kick.
Moody scores with a jab. Kiang acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Kiang is rocked!
Moody weaves into range and cracks Kiang right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Kiang goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Moody is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Tommy Moody!
Our winner, Tommy Moody, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
