The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rivera fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gracie sprawls well initially but Rivera persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Gracie looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Rivera is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
