Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chris Switch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Still (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Chris Switch has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chris Switch! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matt Still! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Anthony Taglia and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Still shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Switch is trying to defend but Still finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Switch blocking the ground and pound attempt from Still. Still looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Still lands strikes from half guard. Switch keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Still missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Still prevents Switch from standing back up.

That's one minute gone in the round. Switch wants to get back to his feet. Still trying to control from half guard but Switch is working away.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Switch slips a jab from Still. Switch misses with a takedown attempt and Still counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Switch! Switch is bucking up trying to escape but Still cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Still wants to control the pace but Switch is squirming around nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Still thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Still jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Switch is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Switch and Still has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
Switch dodges the ground and pound from Still. Still working the ground and pound. Switch avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Still. Still wants to lay and pray for a moment but Switch keeps working.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Still lands an elbow. Still tries for a kimura but Switch is defending well. Switch wants to get back to his feet but Still drags him back down. Still has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Still is trying to get an arm triangle but Switch is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Still throwing shots but missing, from side control. Still is staying tight to Switch's torso, preventing him from escaping. Switch wants to get back to his feet but Still drags him back down. Sloppy strikes there by Still. Switch pushes Still away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Still gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Still goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Switch rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Still's guard! Nice work there by Switch! Switch avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Matt Still dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Still with a body punch. A glancing blow. Switch gets in close and instigates a clinch. Still works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Still trying to control but Switch is working from the bottom. Still slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Still tries to score with some ground and pound. Switch controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Switch is not content to let Still control the position. Still has hold of Switch's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Switch seems comfortable defending it but Still has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Switch is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Switch is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Still couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Matt Still!
