Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maxi Hernandez (ranked 2884 p4p, 4479 weight class) and Xi Daerji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hernandez comes to the cage accompanied by Machete. Xi Daerji is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Maxi Hernandez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Xi Daerji!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daerji shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Hernandez sprawls well. Hernandez wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Daerji gets slowly back to his feet.
Hernandez works the jab nicely.
Jab, jab by Hernandez - just one landing.
Daerji takes one to the side of the head.
Hernandez keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Daerji on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Maxi Hernandez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hernandez lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Daerji backs up against the cage.
Hernandez lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Daerji stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hernandez.
Daerji looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hernandez is fending him off so far but Daerji persists. Nope, Hernandez circles away and we're back to standing.
Daerji gets cracked there but stands up to it.
A head kick misses from Daerji.
A solid leg kick lands there for Hernandez.
Daerji looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Hernandez lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Hernandez catches Daerji with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
A left and a right from Hernandez both land. Nice combination.
Daerji is rocked!
Daerji throws a sloppy body shot
and Hernandez counters with a good low kick that Daerji was not able to check.
Daerji is still on wobbly legs! Can Hernandez finish him?
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hernandez has been working on his boxing with his coaches at 3Band MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Daerji drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Daerji looks winded!
Hernandez changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Daerji is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Hernandez moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Maxi Hernandez!
After the fight, Maxi Hernandez was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
