Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Olivier Dujardin (ranked 1296 p4p, 760 weight class) and Wesley Stokes (ranked 171 p4p, 101 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dujardin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sosa by Leto & Guy2bezbar. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Olivier Dujardin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Wesley Stokes! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, John Kavanagh and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stokes throws a lazy head kick and Dujardin counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Dujardin. Stokes is pulling down on Dujardin's head to control his posture. Stokes has his foot on Dujardin's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dujardin works his way back into a safe position though. Dujardin wants to control from the top but Stokes keeps moving. Stokes working a defensive guard here.
Stokes utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Dujardin scoring with some ground and pound. Our spies down at at Savage Gym inform us that Stokes has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off? The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dujardin not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Stokes throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Stokes has momentary wrist control but Dujardin slips an elbow through the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dujardin trying to control but Stokes is working from the bottom. Stokes is trying to keep Dujardin in close.
Dujardin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Stokes is pulling down on Dujardin's head to control his posture. Stokes trying to keep a closed guard but Dujardin is proving a slippery customer.
Dujardin working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Dujardin postures up.
Stokes avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dujardin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Dujardin throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Stokes works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Dujardin is stalling in the full guard.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Dujardin lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Nice defenses there by Stokes. Stokes feints a counter leg kick. Stokes misses with an uppercut. Dujardin saw that one coming. Stokes tries to close the distance and clinch but Dujardin swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Dujardin drops down looking for a counter takedown but Stokes sprawls and moves away. Dujardin feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stokes avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Dujardin showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Dujardin wants to control from the top but Stokes keeps moving. Dujardin throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Stokes is trying to keep Dujardin in close.
Stokes keeping moving, preventing Dujardin from controlling successfully. Dujardin working some strikes from top position. Stokes wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Dujardin scoring with some ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Stokes is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Dujardin has his hands clasped together but Stokes extends and breaks Dujardin's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Stokes.
