The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mikhailov connects with a looping right hand.
Mikhailov looks to score with a jab to the body but Mincemeat is just out of range.
Mikhailov swinging wilding here.
Mikhailov fails to land with a series of punches.
Mincemeat will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mincemeat slips a jab and a cross from Mikhailov.
Mikhailov swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Mincemeat.

It looks like Philean Mincemeat has been cut.
Mikhailov misses with a series of wild punches.
Mincemeat tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mikhailov swivels and escapes.
Mikhailov shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Mincemeat counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mikhailov won't be happy with that.
Mincemeat lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mikhailov tries to buck Mincemeat off but Mincemeat is having none of it.

Mincemeat has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Mikhailov is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Mincemeat yanks on the arm and Mikhailov is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Mincemeat.
