Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Pike (ranked 566 p4p, 2693 weight class) and Ibrahim Conrad (ranked 47 p4p, 154 weight class). Pike's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, DMX - Intro. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ibrahim Conrad!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conrad looks to land a combination but Pike avoids it well.
Conrad throws a right hand that Pike ducks under and follows up with a left that Pike also avoids with ease.
Conrad displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Conrad moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Conrad shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Pike eats them both and turns towards Conrad to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Conrad wants to clinch up but Pike keeps it at a distance.
Pike slips a jab and a cross from Conrad.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Conrad throws a leg kick that is checked
and Pike counters with a lovely shot to the body.
We've been told by Pike's head coaches at The House Of Pain that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Pike tests Conrad's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Conrad will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Pike lands a jab.
Conrad closes the distance and clinches up with Pike, looking for a takedown. Conrad pushes Pike against the cage but Pike circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Pike lands a body shot.
Conrad takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Pike lands a right hook to the body.
Pike stuns Conrad with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Conrad looks winded!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pike throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Conrad stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Nice shot lands for Pike.
Conrad misses with a combination
and Pike counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
It looks like Ibrahim Conrad has been cut.
Pike wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Pike scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Pike is looking to wear down Conrad with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Pike. Conrad shrugs it off though.
A good leg kick by Pike.
Pike lands with a kick to the temple. Conrad shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Conrad is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Pike lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Conrad at a distance.
Conrad's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Pike connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Conrad scrambles back to his feet.
Conrad takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Conrad is still on wobbly legs! Can Pike finish him?
Pike drops Conrad with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Conrad looks back up at him and smiles so Pike waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Conrad throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Pike counters with a massive head kick! KABOOM! Conrad is out cold! A devastating KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Christopher Pike!
Christopher Pike decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
