Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Quinton Ellis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Droga Phintanilyo!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Phintanilyo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Phintanilyo should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Phintanilyo darts in trying to clinch
so Ellis counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Phintanilyo wriggles free and stands up.
Droga Phintanilyo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ellis walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Phintanilyo checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Ellis drives through with a takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ellis postures up and lands a big shot to Phintanilyo's brow.
Ellis advances to half guard.
Ellis landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Phintanilyo looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Phintanilyo is trying to stand back up but Ellis is controlling him
Ground and pound from Ellis.
Ellis lands with a punch from half guard.
Phintanilyo pushes Ellis off looking to stand but Ellis dives back in and keeps control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Phintanilyo is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Ellis is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Phintanilyo is just riding it out for now. Ellis eventually gives up the hold.
Phintanilyo is trying to stand back up but Ellis is controlling him

Ellis moves nicely into side control.
Phintanilyo is pushing Ellis's head away, looking to escape. Ellis manages to hold on to the position though.
Ellis tries for a kimura but Phintanilyo is defending well.
Phintanilyo is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Phintanilyo takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Phintanilyo looks winded!
