Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nick Serbanescu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Genesuis Silverkush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Genesuis Silverkush will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nick Serbanescu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Genesuis Silverkush!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silverkush clinches up against the cage.
Serbanescu has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Silverkush avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Silverkush tries to circle away but Serbanescu has him pinned against the cage.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Silverkush.
Serbanescu drags the fight down to the ground.
Serbanescu had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Silverkush is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Serbanescu Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Silverkush's back instead.
Serbanescu is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Silverkush is defending well though. Serbanescu let's go of the attempt for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Serbanescu is working for a rear naked choke. Silverkush is not defending it well and Serbanescu has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Silverkush refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Silverkush's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Nick Serbanescu!
