This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 43 wins and 24 losses; Trip Fontaine! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Hestler changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fontaine tries to avoid it but Hestler manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fontaine to the ground. Fontaine escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A momentary lapse in concentration from Fontaine enables Hestler to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Fontaine manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
