Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rayan Brandt (ranked 1988 p4p, 2322 weight class) and Maurice Boma (ranked 244 p4p, 280 weight class). Rayan Brandt could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Maurice Boma's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Rayan Brandt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Maurice Boma!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Steve Erwin and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Rayan Brandt has been cut.
Brandt rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Boma counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Horrible takedown attempt by Brandt or perhaps it was just good defense by Boma, which made it look bad.
Boma was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
A telegraphed right hand from Brandt misses the target.
Boma swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Rayan Brandt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boma throws a low kick but it's checked well by Brandt.
Boma throws a sloppy head kick and Brandt moves out of range easily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

That was a close second round but I would say that Rayan Brandt will probably get the nod.

Boma leaves Brandt with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Brandt looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Boma lets loose with a powerful body kick. Brandt will feel that in the morning.
Brandt cracks Boma with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Brandt fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
