Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Robert Clarke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Son (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Clarke! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daniel Son! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clarke misses with an attempted mid kick.
Son has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Daniel Son has been cut. Daniel Son seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Clarke throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Son. Clarke pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Clarke fails to land with a series of punches.
Clarke throws a body punch but Son moves out of range. Clarke misses with a jab, cross combination.
Clarke misses with a few strikes there.
Clarke throws a right and a left that both miss. Clarke feints and as Son raises his hands in defense, Clarke changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Clarke has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Clarke sitting in guard here, content to control. Clarke trying to control but Son is working from the bottom. Son looking for a guillotine here but Clarke defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Son wants to sweep here but Clarke controlling him for the moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Son lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Clarke! Clarke tries to hold on but Son postures up. Clarke tries to get back to half guard but can't. Son misses with a head shot. Clarke tries to hold on but Son pushes him away. Son controlling his opponent. Son works his way to his opponent's back.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Clarke covering up well and avoiding damage. Son tries to get the hooks in deep but Clarke pushed the leg off. Clarke defending nicely against the rear naked choke attempt.
Son is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Clarke up.
Son punishes Clarke with strikes from the back mount. Clarke has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Son. Clarke is trying to get back to his feet but Son has full control of the position and if anything, Clarke has just worked his way into a worse spot. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Clarke is breathing heavily. Son throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Clarke covering up well and avoiding damage. Son is working for a rear naked choke. Clarke is not defending it well and Son has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Clarke refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Clarke's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
