Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bobojo Makoba (ranked 494 p4p, 1507 weight class) and Spenser Swagger (ranked 67 p4p, 189 weight class). Makoba comes to the cage accompanied by Zilbacore 2097. On his way into the cage it seems that Bobojo Makoba has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Bobojo Makoba seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Spenser Swagger!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Gregory Folan and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Swagger has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Swagger crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Makoba - the referee stops the clock and Swagger gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Makoba. Swagger manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Spenser Swagger's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Makoba has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.
