This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the lightweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Sydney, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 4 losses; Malo Tavara! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Sydney, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 4 losses; Maurice Lemaire!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shigeki Sano.

Lemaire darts in and clinches Tavara up against the ropes.
Lemaire jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tavara walks away with a smile on his face. Lemaire gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Lemaire gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Tavara is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Lemaire is defending well.

Tavara is fighting to break Lemaire's control of his arms but Lemaire is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
