PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Clarence Boston (ranked 167 p4p, 237 weight class) and Nykolai Kersikov (ranked 15 p4p, 24 weight class). Kersikov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Frequencerz & Da Tweekaz - Full Control. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Clarence Boston!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 1, fighting out of New York, Nykolai Kersikov!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kersikov connects with a nice short shot to Boston's temple.

Boston lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

I would just about give that final round to Nykolai Kersikov.
Well Kersikov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
