Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Davis Chang (ranked 2968 p4p, 5173 weight class) and Bohumil Bazant (ranked 343 p4p, 468 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Davis Chang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Bohumil Bazant!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Roger Salmon and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chang shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bazant manages to get to full guard.

Chang has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Chang throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bazant tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Chang is in Bazant's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Let's hope that Bazant has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Chang feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Davis Chang.
I think Bazant has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
