Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ashton Ribeiro!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Micheangelo Fripello and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ribeiro shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Ali was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Ali jabs Ribeiro right on the nose. Ribeiro blinks but takes it well.
It looks like Ashton Ribeiro has been cut.
Ribeiro throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Ali was covering up waiting for the punch and Ribeiro finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Ali keeping moving, preventing Ribeiro from controlling successfully.
Ali wants to sweep but no luck.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Ali holds on and takes a little breather.
Ali's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Ribeiro moves forwards but Ali connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Ali throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ali's corner calls for a 1-2. Ali obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ribeiro dives in for a single leg takedown but Ali sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Ribeiro shoots and misses

Nice straight punches there by Ali. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Ali.

Ribeiro looks winded!

Ali lands with an overhand left.
Ribeiro chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Ali can pounce on him.
The crowd cheers as Ali lands an impressive looking overhand right. Ribeiro doesn't seem phased though.

Ali throws a quick head kick that knocks Ribeiro silly! This fight is all over! What a finish! Ali is up on the cage, taking in the applause from the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Mo Ali!
Mo Ali was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
