Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andreas Jes (ranked 3281 p4p, 2501 weight class) and Marko Petric (ranked 368 p4p, 291 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Andreas Jes! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Marko Petric! The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Damien Edna and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jes swings for the body but Petric moves out of range.
Petric looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Jes is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Petric. Petric tries to bum rush Jes with a series of wild strikes but Jes uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Petric throws a jab when Jes was well out of range. Petric misses with a straight right. Jes slips under a jab from Petric. A quick step to the side and Jes tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Jes swings for the body but Petric moves out of range.
Jes ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Petric moves away. It seemed like Petric was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. A big right from Jes misses. Jes staying out of range there. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jes missing with a left hand there. Petric was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Jes works the jab nicely. Jes misses with a body shot.

Jes bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Jes throws a lazy right hand but Petric sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Petric throws a poor cross that misses

That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters circling - Petric throws out the jab but it was never going to land. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jes steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Petric. A jab from Petric does it's job there. Petric uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jes. Petric gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Jes swings for the body but Petric moves out of range.

Petric is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Nice straight punches there by Jes. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Jes. A big left from Petric misses. Petric throws a jab but it's blocked by Jes. Petric looks to land a right hand but Jes moved out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Petric. Jes does a little dance to reset his feet. Petric takes one to the chin there. Wooooo! Petric misses with a right hand and Jes counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Petric takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Petric keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jes lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Jes throwing a counter right hand but Petric manages to avoid it. Jes slips under a jab from Petric. Jes steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Petric. Petric's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jes connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Petric scrambles back to his feet. Jes swings widly with a right hand
and Petric makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Andreas Jes dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Jes lands a nice shot to the body.

Jes is rocked! Jes cracks a nice hook into Petric's ribs. Oh Jes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jes misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Petric counters with a right hand from hell and Jes is out cold! A vicious knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Marko Petric! A very excited looking Marko Petric made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
