Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ewing lands with a straight right. Pukki didn't see that one coming.

We've been told by Ewing's head coaches at Fireball Zone that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Oh Ewing is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pukki throws out a leg kick but Ewing moves out of range and Pukki only half commits.
Pukki feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Pukki moves nicely into side control.
Pukki is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ewing knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Pukki wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ewing keeps working.
Pukki has hold of Ewing's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Ewing tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Pukki cranks the arm and Ewing screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Ewing, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Temmu Pukki!
